Bear Stearns Merchant Bank Announces Partnership with Stuart Weitzman.

 -- Bear Stearns Merchant Banking ("BSMB BSMB Bear Stearns Merchant Banking ") today announced that it has acquired a minority ownership position in Stuart Weitzman Holdings, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 ("Stuart Weitzman"), a leading designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of premium women's shoes and handbags.
