Bear Stearns Hires Lee Stettner as Global Head of Equity Capital Markets.

 -- Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. announced today that Lee Stettner will join the firm as a senior managing director and global head of Equity Capital Markets. In this newly created position, Mr. Stettner will play a key leadership role in the firm's Strategic Finance Group where he will focus on further developing the firm's capital markets product offerings.

Mr. Stettner will join Bear Stearns from Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Healthcare Investment Banking for the Americas.
