Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. announced today that Sanjiv Sobti has joined the firm as a senior managing director in the Financial Institutions Group of Investment Banking focusing on depository and other financial institutions. Mr. Sobti is joining Bear Stearns The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. (NYSE: BSC) is the parent company of Bear, Stearns & Co.
