Bear Stearns Continues Expansion of Private Client Services; Four Brokers to Join in Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Seattle Areas.

Bill Fry, a managing director, focuses on advising middle market institutional clients in fixed income and alternative investments. Mr. Fry joins Bear Stearns from Legg Mason Founded in 1899, Legg Mason, Inc. David Mizrahi, also a managing director, joins Bear Stearns from Wachovia. He provides equity, fixed income, and alternative investment advice to high net worth individuals.

Bob Venzor offers comprehensive wealth management solutions to high net worth clients. Mr. Venzor was previously at Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER TYO: 8675 ), through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides capital markets services, investment banking and advisory services, wealth management, asset management, insurance, banking and related products and services on a global basis.  for 15 years, and joins Bear Stearns as a managing director.

Chad Reibman also advises high net worth clients in equity, fixed income, and alternative investment strategies. Mr. Reibman, an associate director, was previously at Oppenheimer for 9 years. He joins the Bear Stearns satellite office in Bellevue, a Seattle, WA suburb, and will work closely with Michael Hershey who started the office in 2003.
