Bear Stearns Asset Management Launches Mid Cap Equity Product.

) today announced the launch of the Mid Cap Equity Product. The Mid Cap Equity Product will primarily invest in firms with market capitalizations of between $500 million and $4 billion. These companies represent over 25% of the total market capitalization Total Market Capitalization

The Mid Cap is the latest introduction by BSAM, which manages over $3 billion in equity products for institutional and individual investors. BSAM's equity products include small cap value equity, large cap value equity, and an equity-based performance product.
