Mr. Feder, a senior managing director, joined Bear Stearns in 1996 as Co-Head of Municipal Derivatives. In 2002, he moved to Japan and served as Head of Fixed Income and Derivatives Asia and Tokyo branch manager. In the fall, Mr. Feder returned to New York to head Structured Trading for the Global Equities Division. "Lenny brings a great deal of expertise to our market-leading franchise," said Mr. Lisman.
