: BSC (Binary Synchronous Communications) See bisync. ) plans to announce its third quarter fiscal 2001 financial results on Wednesday, September 26, 2001, in a press release that will be issued at approximately 9:00 a.m. (E.S.T.). The press release will also be available on the firm's Web site at http://www.bearstearns.com.

Following the release of the financial results, a conference call to discuss the firm's results will be held at 10:00 a.m., (E.S.T.) on September 26, 2001. Those wishing to listen to the call should dial toll-free 1-877-282-0743 (or 1-703-871-3073 for international callers) at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the call to ensure connection. The conference call will also be accessible through the firm's Web site at http://www.bearstearns.com.
