Minton is an accomplished financial manager with relevant experience in the broadband industry where she was most recently corporate controller for Terayon Communication Systems, Inc. Minton is experienced in financial management for both private and public companies and brings to BeamReach particular expertise in managing financial reporting requirements for private companies on the path to going public. As head of the finance department, Minton is responsible for all of BeamReach's financial operations.
