BeaconEye Institute announces financing transaction with MarCap Corporation.


TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1997--BeaconEye Inc. (BEY-TSE), which operates as Beacon Eye Institute ("Beacon") today announced completion of a $3.8 million equipment financing transaction with MarCap Corporation.

The transaction provides Beacon with equipment financing for its Arlington, Texas Arlington is a city in Tarrant County, Texas (USA) within the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metropolitan area. According to a U.S Census Bureau release, as of July 1, 2006 Arlington has an estimated population of 367,197. ; Tampa, Fla., and Atlanta laser centers. Additionally in March, Beacon closed a $0.8 million computer lease financing with Sanwa Corporation.

Further expansion is planned as the market for laser vision treatment continues to grow and Beacon raises additional capital.
