Beacon announces the successful completion of its tender offer for AMBAR.NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1996--The Beacon Group ("Beacon") announced today the successful completion of the tender offer by AI Acquisitions Corp. ("Acquisitions"), an affiliate of Beacon, for all outstanding shares of common stock of AMBAR Inc. ("AMBAR") at a price of $18.00 per share. The offer expired at 12:00 midnight, New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of time, on Aug. 5.
