CSI Commodity Systems, Inc.
CSI Commodity Systems Inc. (Boca Raton, FL)
CSI Crime Scene Investigation (CBS TV show)
CSI Christian Schools International
"), a distributor of complementary building products with one small location in Holyoke, Mass.

CSI is a successful company and represents an excellent opportunity for Beacon to introduce its full product line and expand its distribution business further into the Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut markets. CSI's sales volume for their most recent fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 was $1.4 million. CSI was founded in 1991 as Commercial Fastener & Supply.

Steven Grande, manager and prior owner of CSI, stated, "We are excited about joining a large and growing public company like Beacon and expanding their business in our market. We look forward to offering their full product assortment and services to our customers."

Bill Logie, Beacon's New England New England, name applied to the region comprising six states of the NE United States—Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The region is thought to have been so named by Capt.  Regional VP, stated, "CSI has an excellent customer base and selection of complementary building products that will further benefit from Beacon's extensive line of building products and services. We are pleased to welcome them into the Beacon family."
