Beacon Light Announces Strong Additions to Board of Directors.

JERSEY CITY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 1999--

Jerry Gruenbaum, President of Beacon Light Holding Corporation (OTC BB: BLHG) announced today that the company has attracted two highly experienced additions to its Board of Directors. BLHG has historically been focused on acquiring or merging with businesses operating in mainland China, predominantly in the plastics manufacturing area. The new Board Members have a well-established history in the Far East, Europe and the manufacturing industry.

Mr. Hans Lodders has joined BLHG as the Chairman of the Board and the Director of Far East Operations. Mr. Lodders has recently served as the Managing Director of AGFA Hong Kong Ltd., which during his tenure achieved sales of approximately four billion dollars for AGFA while serving the Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia markets. Having been with AGFA since 1977, Mr. Lodders recently retired to head the aggressive acquisition campaign for BLHG. Additionally, Mr. Lodders was knighted by the King of Belgium.

Mr. Ronald Steenbergen has also joined the Board of Directors allowing BLHG to benefit from his 20 years of experience in manufacturing and marketing of high end specialized plastic products. Additionally, Mr. Steenbergen is the managing director of Klick, LTD. a Hong Kong-based company that markets consumer oriented plastic products throughout Europe. BLHG has enjoyed an ongoing relationship with Klick that management believes may be enhanced by Mr. Steenbergen's appointment.

Messrs. Steenbergen and Lodders have, through their well established global network, pinpointed several potential acquisition targets that may become part of BLHG's holdings in the very near future.

Mr. Gruenbaum also stated that BLHG has regretfully accepted the resignations of Fukman Yip and Maureen Bell from their duties and appointments to positions with the Company and it's Board.
