Beacon Diagnostics, Inc. Announces Cyprus Distribution Agreement.FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 1995--Beacon Diagnostics, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Hard Rock Consultants, a member of the Hadjimichael Group of Companies, for distribution of the OraScreen(TM) HIV HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), either of two closely related retroviruses that invade T-helper lymphocytes and are responsible for AIDS.
