Beacon Acquires Exeltherm Supply Inc.


SOMERVILLE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 1999--

Beacon Holding Corp. announced today the acquisition of Exeltherm Supply Inc., a Canadian commercial roofing distribution business, by Beacon Roofing Supply Co., the Canadian subsidiary of its Beacon Acquisition Inc.. The transaction became effective September 27, 1999.
