BeNOW Multi-Channel Marketing Clients Up and Running With The smartFOCUS Intelligent Marketing Suite.


WAKEFIELD, Mass. -- BeNOW, the strategic database marketing services provider, today announced the successful implementation of the smartFOCUS Intelligent Marketing Suite with several client organizations, including Tower Records, Good Guys, and Equifax Marketing Services.

BeNOW chose to offer smartFOCUS tools because of their history of proven success in the retail and catalog industries, and a unique, cost efficient product design that includes data analysis, modeling, campaign management and reporting capabilities in a single application framework.

smartFOCUS, based in Bristol, England, was founded in 1998 and is well known in the UK as a leading supplier of marketing automation tools. The strategic distribution agreement between BeNOW and smartFOCUS allows BeNOW to offer smartFOCUS Intelligent Marketing applications as a component of BeNOW's hosted database marketing solution for Multi-Channel Marketers, and to re-sell smartFOCUS software in the US.
