Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region, , to support its upcoming launch of FindWhat.com, a pay-for-placement search engine that delivers comprehensive and highly relevant search results to the online community.

For the upcoming FindWhat.com launch, BeFirst.com is planning a nationwide advertising and marketing campaign, and plans to devote significant promotional efforts in Southern California, the nation's leading Internet and entertainment market. As part of the new relationship with Clear Channel, FindWhat.com gains the title sponsorship of KIIS/FM 102.7 "The Rick Dees $2 Million Birthday Game", the radio industry's largest cash contest ever. The "Find the $2 million at FindWhat.com" campaign includes television advertising, promotion on Clear Channel's 11 affiliate radio stations in South California with a total reach of more that 7.5 million listeners, and branded links to all Clear Channel Los Angeles web sites, including (www.kiisfm.com).
