The eight-mile women-only walk around Warwick and Leamington sets off from Warwick Castle at 10pm on September 19.

To make it even more fun why not put on your pyjamas and "sleepwalk" your way round the route.

Bring a torch as there will be a spooky trail through part of the castle's grounds. Registration is pounds 10 per person which includes a goody bag on completion of the walk. We don't want the men feeling left out though - why not come along and support partners through volunteering to marshal the route.

We have a wonderful opportunity for people with about 3-4 hours to spare every month to help us to make a difference to the lives of people with progressive life limiting illness in Coventry.
