 BB: BYWD) reported revenues and earnings for 1995 and the first quarter of 1996.

Revenues for the year ended Dec. 31, 1995, decreased to $1.7 million compared to $3.1 million in 1994. The net loss in 1995 is $2.7 million compared to $2.0 million in 1994. Net loss per common share in 1995 was $(0.20) and in 1994 $(0.161).

Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 1996, increased to $784,527, an increase of 382% compared to $162,922 revenues for the same period last year. Net income for the first quarter of 1996 was $59,740 or $.004 per share compared to a net loss of ($592,056) or $(.045) per share during the same period of 1995.
