 Bul Bd:BYWD) reported a 35% increase in revenue for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 1994.

Revenues for the three month period ended Sept. 30, 1994 increased to $1,107,477, an increase of 35% compared to $820,591 revenues for the same period last year. Net income, after taxes, for the quarter was $98,059, or 0.008 per share, compared to a net income of $111,760, or 1 cent per share, during the same period of 1993.

Revenues for the nine month period ended Sept. 30, 1994, increased to $3,127,869, an increase of 22% compared to $2,560,488 revenues for the same period in 1993. Net income after taxes for the nine months was $218,136, or 0.018 per share, compared to a net income of $529,897, or 0.051 cents per share Cents per share

In an interview, Karl H. Rullich, president of Baywood International commented: -0-
   ``The company is experiencing an unanticipated, overwhelming

     Down 200(tm)' and is currently accelerating in its efforts
     to insure national distribution of `Count Down 200(tm),'
     in the fourth quarter of 1994.  This would put the company
     three months ahead of schedule with this product and could
     result in a dramatic increase in revenue and net income for
     the fourth quarter.  The company also anticipates revenues
     in excess of $50 million for fiscal year ending Dec. 31,
     1995.''
