: BYWD) ("Company") announced the appointment of two new members to its board of directors ("Board") effective June 14, 2007. In aggregate the Company's Board now consists of five members. The two new members are Neil Russell and David Tsiang. These two appointees join the existing board members, Mr. Neil Reithinger, Chairman, Mr. Karl Rullich and Mr. O. Lee Tawes, III.

The addition of Mr. Russell and Mr. Tsiang to the Board continues the Company's plans to expand the business, institutional investment and market experience for the Company, while expanding the necessary corporate governance Corporate Governance
