BayWeb, Inc., a fast-growing Silicon Valley-based leader in business-to-business and e-commerce web development, announced plans to launch a strategic e-business consulting operation to augment its array of web development services, and has named a former Andersen Consulting See Accenture.  executive, Theodore (Ted) Lustig, to serve as Director of e-Business Strategy in the new organization.
