(``Bayport'') (NASDAQ/NMS:PORT) Thursday reported that it has completed leases for two new restaurant locations with a subsidiary of Grand Casinos Grand Casinos NYSE: GND was a casino operator that started out managing several casinos in Minnesota in 1990. The company ceased to exist when it was purchased by Hilton Hotels which then merged it with its other gaming properties to form Park Place Entertainment in Inc. The second location will be in the 400 room Grand Casino Hotel to be completed this fall in Gulfport, Miss. In addition to operating a Crab House Restaurant in each hotel, Bayport will be responsible for all hotel food service operations. David J. Connor, chief executive officer said, ``We are excited about the prospects of these new locations which should add a new dimension for the growth of the company.'' The company also announced that Michael E. Turner has joined the company as director-Hotel Operations. He has 22 years of Hotel/Restaurant experience, spending the last 19 years working with the Walt Disney World Noun 1.
