Bayo Ogunlesi Joins Kosmos Energy's Board of Directors.


DALLAS -- Kosmos Energy announces today that Bayo Ogunlesi has joined the company's Board of Directors, bringing the number of board members to seven. With more than two decades of legal and international business experience in a broad range of industries, including the oil and gas business, Ogunlesi brings a valuable balance of executive, management and strategic financial leadership to Kosmos.

Currently, Ogunlesi is an Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Client Officer of Credit Suisse First Boston Credit Suisse First Boston was originally the trading name of the Financière Crédit Suisse-First Boston, a London-based 50-50 investment banking joint venture formed in 1978 between the First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse. , based in New York. Prior to Joining CSFB, Ogunlesi was an attorney in the corporate practice group of the New York law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
