Baymont Inns & Suites Opens Its Doors in Hattiesburg, National Lodging Chain's Second in Mississippi.

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 1999--As part of its accelerated national development and expansion, Baymont Inn & Suites, a division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS), has announced the opening of its first Hattiesburg, Mississippi, property at 123 Plaza Drive at Interstate 59 and Highway 98. The 93-unit inn joins the Meridian Baymont Inn & Suites as the second property to open in Mississippi. Baymont Inns & Suites has more than 160 locations nationwide.

Standard with each Baymont Inns & Suites location, the Hattiesburg property provides more than 30 amenities and services, ranging from a complimentary continental breakfast, USA Today and in-room coffee and tea service to personal voicemail and a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in each room. An outdoor swimming pool and several room accommodations, including business class and leisure and ambassador suites, are also available.
