Bayern set to be without injured trio


Bayern Munich look set to be without their main strike force of Arjen Robben Arjen Robben (born January 23, 1984 in Bedum) is a Dutch footballer who currently plays as a winger for Real Madrid.[1] He is also a part of the Netherlands national football team and has appeared in the UEFA Euro 2004 and the 2006 FIFA World Cup. , Franck Ribery and Ivica Olic until the end of the month, it was announced on Sunday.

Ribery is expected to be out for at least two weeks, said Bayern's director of sport Christian Nerlinger Christian Nerlinger (born 21 March 1973 in Dortmund) is a former German footballer.

Capped six times by Germany, Nerlinger played for Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Rangers and FC Kaiserslautern, before retiring at age 33 due to persisent inuries.

"It is the same injury which hampered him in the summer, it's unpleasant, but this should not keep him out for long," said Nerlinger.

Both Ribery and Robben picked up their respective injuries against Juventus on September 30 in the Champions League group game.

Munich are currently eighth in the Bundesliga table and are eight points behind league leaders Leverkusen.
