Using J Walk (TM) and an implementation team from Osvaldo Laurido and Associates, Bayer Puerto Rico has streamlined its order entry, customer service and inventory management processes. The enhanced application allows Bayer Puerto Rico to leverage its existing AS/400 system while providing sales representatives the ability to examine open customer invoices, update and place new orders and track merchandise from any browser-enabled PC. By giving sales reps direct access to the order entry application, Bayer has reduced order cycle time from 3 or 4 days to 24 hours or less.
