Fifth Year on Working Mother Magazine's Top 100 List

:BAY) has been recognized by Working Mother magazine as one of 100 best companies across the nation for working mothers. This selection marks the fifth time Bayer has appeared on the annual list.

 policies, total compensation and family-friendly programs. Bayer completed a 575-question application, which checked the availability, usage and tracking of programs to support working mothers and the accountability of managers to implement the programs.

Bayer was recognized for its family-friendly programs, compensation and company culture and ranked high or above average in more than half of the categories surveyed.
