Bayer AG.
Bayer AG has announced that Friedrich Berschauer, the head of its
animal health operations, will replace Jochen Wulff as chairman of its
crop science subsidiary, effective April 1. Wulff is retiring as planned
after 35 years at the company, Bayer said. Gunnar Riemann, who currently
heads the biological products division, is to replace Berschauer at the
animal health division. Bayer recently completed a reorganization of its
group structure, which created separate companies for its health care,
crop science, chemicals and material science operations.
