"We're committed to continually enhancing our business processes -- in terms of product quality, customer service and taking a proactive approach to meeting our customers' needs," said Dennis Loucks, Manufacturing Manager at the Sarnia plant. The QS-9000 certification, third edition, was awarded to Bayer Inc.'s BR and butyl facilities after an intensive audit in June of the units' manufacturing processes, strategic business planning and customer satisfaction.
