Bayaud Industries Names ING Reinsurance Executive Phil Kruse to Chairman's Post.

Bayaud Industries, Inc., a Colorado-based non-profit corporation that provides employment and training services to individuals with disabilities, has appointed Phil Kruse, Senior Vice President of ING Reinsurance -- a Denver-based provider of traditional reinsurance, institutional risk management and integrated financial services -- as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Bayaud Industries, Inc., empowers physically and mentally disabled workers by providing job training and placement in public and private sector positions throughout the Denver metro area. Workers gain a feeling of economic self-sufficiency, dignity and self-worth by applying their skills to positions such as mail clerk, receptionist, copy technician, secretary and assembly worker.
