Huddersfield club Bay Athletic celebrated their West Riding County Amateur League Reserve Division I title success by beating Keighley Shamrocks 4-0.

Captain Curtis Israel, pictured receiving the championship shield from League results and publicity secretary Philip Rhodes Philip Leonard Rhodes (1895-1974) was a prolific boat and ship designer of extraordinary range, particularly known for his racing yacht and sloop designs[1]. His other works included commercial and naval vessels such as minesweepers, police boats and garbage scows.  (pic ref: 227-1-05) got one of the goals.

The other scorers for the Salendine Nook Salendine Nook is a district of Huddersfield 3 km (2 miles) to the north-west of Huddersfield in the English county of West Yorkshire.
