Bay Logics and InterTech Announce Technology Alliance; Companies Will Integrate Software Products for User Council.

The companies have chosen to enter into an agreement to integrate their products due to leadership in their respective markets and the complementary nature of the product set.

The alliance between the companies will kick off at Bay Logics' User's Council meeting on Jan. 8, 2000. At the User's Council, current customers of Bay Logics' real estate asset management solutions software program will meet with representatives from the company to discuss desired enhancements to current software and Web-based, business-to-business solutions and future product offerings, including Bay Logics' Virtual Workplace service.

InterTech has accepted an invitation to participate in this event and will present its web-based lease document management solution. Jointly, the companies will also demonstrate a high-level integration of Bay Logics' Domain C/S software and InterTech's Lease Navigator software for attendees.
