The beautiful ocean beaches, in particular La Jolla shores and Black's Beach, and sea-washed caves attract visitors and , Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 1995--Home sales in the Bay Area continued to decline in July, despite today's relatively low mortgage interest rates, a real estate information service reported.
