) has released the list of graduates from its first Certified Green Building Professional program and invites area contractors, engineers and architects to enroll in the next course, beginning April 30.

Twenty eight Bay Area building and remodeling professionals have earned the designation of Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP CGBP Certified Global Business Professional

The graduates can now provide green building expertise to homeowners desiring environmentally friendly Environmentally friendly, also referred to as nature friendly, is a term used to refer to goods and services considered to inflict minimal harm on the environment.[1]  design and construction approaches for their remodeling projects. The list of certified graduates is below.

The SFBA NARI serves as the certification body for the CGBP class and is the only NARI chapter in the country offering this certification program. The program is run in tandem Adv. 1. in tandem - one behind the other; "ride tandem on a bicycle built for two"; "riding horses down the path in tandem"
