Bay Area Nurse Leaders Join Novato's Catalyst Systems.

Catalyst Systems, LLC is pleased to announce two new staff additions to their client services division. As senior consultants, Carol Ansley and Susan Echelberry will report to CEO and co-founder, Dr. Holly De Groot.

Ansley has held a variety of senior administrative positions in several major Bay Area healthcare organizations during her 30 years in nursing. Most recently, she served in quality and resource management at Alta Bates Hospital in Berkeley for 10 years. Ms. Ansley received her bachelor's of science in Nursing from California State University at Hayward and a master's of science in Nursing, with an emphasis in administration and education, from University of California, San Francisco. Her role at Catalyst will focus on the development of new outcomes measurement processes to enhance services and resources to its client hospitals.

Echelberry was vice president of patient care services at Marin General Hospital in Marin County for 14 years. Throughout her 30-year nursing career, Echelberry has led acute care hospitals through management and clinical reorganization and redesign. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Pacific Lutheran University in Washington and a master's degree in nursing from the University of California, San Francisco. As a senior consultant, Ms. Echelberry will focus on new business development and the strategic growth and improvement of client services.
