Bay Area Council Endorses Governor Schwarzenegger's Decision to Re-Bid the Eastern Span of the Bay Bridge Project.


SAN FRANCISCO San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden  -- Today the Bay Area Council announced its support of Governor Schwarzenegger's decision to re-bid the Eastern Span of the Bay Bridge and to use the repackaging of the bid as an opportunity to lower the costs of the project.
