The Baxters Baxters is an international food company, based in Fochabers, Scotland. It has its roots in a grocer's shop opened by George Baxter in 1868. The business, which includes the brand, trademarks, recipes, stock
and plant, will continue to run from its current premises in Pershore,
Worcestershire. Garner's were established in 1989, and have an
excellent reputation as an independent, family owned specialist in
premium foods. Audrey Baxter sees the purchase as another phase in the
continuing expansion of Baxters' food operations.
