) today filed a patent infringement lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Rochester against Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc., of Waltham, Mass., and its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
