Bausch & Lomb Names Efrain Rivera Treasurer.ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Bausch & Lomb (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :BOL) has named Efrain Rivera corporate vice president and treasurer. He succeeds Alan H. Resnick who retired after 31 years at the Company. Most recently Bausch & Lomb's assistant treasurer, Rivera joined Bausch & Lomb in 1989. He has held a variety of leadership posts in Corporate Finance and Treasury and in our commercial businesses including president of Bausch & Lomb Latin America and Canada; general manager of Bausch & Lomb Mexico; and vice president and controller of Bausch & Lomb's North American Vision Care business. Rivera has an Executive Doctorate in Management from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio; an M.B.A. in Finance from the William E. Simon William Edward Simon (November 27 1927 – June 3 2000) was a businessman, a Secretary of Treasury of the U.S. for three years, and a philanthropist. He became the 63rd Secretary of the Treasury on May 8 1974, during the Nixon administration.
