Since joining Bausch & Lomb in 1985, Dozier has held several executive sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility with the Contact Lens Division, Criterion Vision, the former Sports Optics Division, and the U.S. Pharmaceutical Division.

He received a B.A. degree in economics from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Georgia Organization
