Fungal infection of the feet of the skin characterized by dry, scaly lesions.
 is one of the most common conditions I see. The fungus likes moist, warm, dark areas. It is quite difficult to cure because the fungus is ubiquitous: locker room shower floors, carpets, pools and other places are all infected. Keep your feet dry and not warm. There really is no escape from the fungus for people with low immunity to it. However, wearing a different pair of shoes each day may help, so that the shoes can dry out before you next use them. Fungus powder should be used during the day, and at night continue to use the cream as indicated. You can try putting the powder inside your shoes as well as in between your toes. You may also consult a dermatologist in your area.
