NEW YORK -- Battalia Winston International, a leading executive search firm and U.S. member of The Amrop Hever Group, today announced the addition of an industry leading diversity practice to support the firm's commitment to offering the most qualified and balanced slate of candidates in every search it conducts. The new group, which is based in New York, will be headed by Kenneth Arroyo Roldan, a Partner, as well as Jeff Greene and Markos Moya, Vice Presidents. Each of these professionals were formerly with Wesley, Brown & Bartle, a boutique search firm. Their appointments are effective immediately.

Kenneth Arroyo Roldan, 42, is the author of the nationally recognized business book, Minority Rules, that advises minorities how to turn ethnicity into a competitive advantage. Prior to coming to BWI, Roldan served as the CEO of Wesley, Brown & Bartle, becoming the first Hispanic CEO of a national search firm. He previously served as the New York State Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Bureau. Roldan has worked with corporations such as Microsoft, Boeing, Wachovia, HP, OfficeMax and Cox Communications helping to recruit and retain their top talent.

Jeff Greene, 50, was previously a partner at Wesley, Brown & Bartle and has 20 years of experience in senior executive recruitment. Mr. Greene is one of the founding members of the Foundation for Minority Professional Advancement, a non-profit organization that provides career counseling and networking solutions for minorities and women. He has also had the opportunity to lead the diversity staffing initiative for The Center for Military and Private Sector Recruitment Initiatives, at the request of former President William Clinton and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Markos Moya, 37, joins Battalia Winston from Wesley, Brown and Bartle, where he was an executive vice president and managing director dedicated to the recruitment, retention and professional development of women and people of color in corporate America. Mr. Moya has extensive experience in the global telecommunications industry, serving as Vice President of Commercial Enterprises for Telstra's Global Business Solutions Group.
