Pac-10 announces softball academic honors

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Oregon's Suzie Barnes and Kristi Leiter, and Oregon State's Natalie Johnson were named to the Pac-10 Conference Softball All-Academic first team.

Also earning honors for UO were Joanna Gail on the second team and Ann Marie Topps and Melissa Rice as honorable mention.

OSU's Sherina Galvan was named to the second team and four teammates earned honorable mention: Mia Longfellow, Ta'Tyana McElroy, Cambria Miranda and Paige Lowe.
