Basin Water Announces Appointment General Counsel.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- Basin Water, Inc. (Nasdaq:BWTR) announces the appointment of Scott B. Hamilton as the Company's General Counsel. Mr. Hamilton previously served as Associate General Counsel of Veolia Water North America, previously known as USFilter Operating Services, Inc., a leading worldwide integrated water services and environmental company. As the Company's General Counsel, Mr. Hamilton will be responsible for the overall guidance of the Company's legal needs; including SEC regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, agreements, acquisitions, etc. Scott will report directly to Mike Stark, the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer.
