Basin Water, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering.


RANCHO CUCAMONGA Rancho Cucamonga (răn`chō k'kəmäng`gə), city (1990 pop. 101,409), San Bernardino co., S Calif. , Calif. -- Basin Water, Inc. (Nasdaq:BWTR) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by the company. Basin Water has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.

The shares will be quoted on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "BWTR."
