Basic skills course requirement rule proposals to be filed.The Board of Governors of The Florida Bar hereby gives notice of filing with the Supreme Court of Florida, on or about August 4, a petition to amend the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Rule 1-12.1, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, governs such matters. The full text of the proposed amendments is printed below. A copy of the petition will be available on the Bar's Web site at www.fl oridabar.org and the court's web site at www. fl courts.org after the petition has been filed.
