Basel Cellars Estate Winery has signed distribution deals for its Vierra Vineyards 2003 Spring Release with two separate companies. Cordon Selections will oversee deliveries for Seattle and Western Washington

The Vierra wines are 2001 vintage and include a Cabernet Franc Cabernet Franc is one of the major varieties of red wine grape in Bordeaux. The Columbia Valley is a valley made by the Columbia River between the town of Golden and the Canal Flats.
 blend featuring 50% cabernet franc, 30% cabernet sauvignon and 20% merlot. The syrah was developed from Spoffard Station and Patina Vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley. Total production was 731 cases of the Claret, and 187 cases of the Syrah.
