Aiming to uncover the strategies for success in accounts payable, the Aberdeen Group conducted a benchmark study of more than 700 companies and performed a detailed analysis of AP practices at 25 major organizations. The report is available at http://www.aberdeen.com/link/sponsor.asp?spid=30410172&cid=1948. The Aberdeen Group's research uncovered that organizations that address and deploy accounts payable technology solutions holistically across four key elements of the invoice reconciliation and payment solution framework realize substantial benefits, including reductions in invoice processing costs, and accounts payable labor, as well as on-time payment improvements and greater early-payment discounts.
