Bas Kok Becomes GSDI President.RESTON, Va. -- On February 24th, 2008 in Trinidad, the Global Spatial Data Infrastructure A Spatial Data Infrastructure or SDI is a framework of spatial data, metadata, users and tools that are interactively connected in order to use spatial data in an efficient and flexible way. Professor Kok replaces Jarmo Ratia of Finland who served as GSDI President for the previous term.
