BarterCardUSA Strikes Strategic Alliance With Federal Chamber of Commerce.

The Federal Chamber of Commerce (FCOC) provides the strongest benefits and programs available to the business community and is a clearinghouse for American businesses to come together to create, produce and distribute the products, services, and ideas that have made America the strongest, greatest nation in the world. The FCOC provides services to tens of thousands of members who receive affordable health benefits, group rate discounts for communications services, legal benefits and travel & entertainment savings. The Federal Chamber of Commerce continues to leverage the Internet with web accessible self-service applications, delivering employer and employee news, and providing guidance to help companies meet the challenges of today's dynamic world business climate.
